We developed a web-application with a "constructor" function, which gives an opportunity to assemble an order from a set of ready-made elements.- Released MVP - minimum viable product.- Conducted redesign and A/B testing, increased the conversion rate on the site up to 13%.
The client successfully defended their project and received a grant for further development from the government.
Initially, the solution was only available in Berlin. Now it is distributed throughout Germany.

Maintenance is an electronic document management and fleet maintenance system for shipping companies.
A desktop application with client-server architecture and a database server is created. The system consolidates data in real time and automatically synchronizes changes made off-line. This ensures uninterrupted management of the technical condition of the fleet, even when vessels are in unstable Internet connection conditions.

A German startup came up with the idea of creating a mobile app that could identify mistakes in piano playing and help students improve their skills.
On the technical side, we needed to find a solution that would allow us to compare audio files with recordings of the teacher and the student playing, and find discrepancies. We designed the MVP, developed the iOS app, tested the hypothesis and realized that the idea was in demand.
The product at the Proof of Concept stage received a grant of 133,000 euros, made it into the top 50 apps in Germany and won an award there.

Optimization of the process of working with big data in the housing and utilities sector. We developed a distributed data collection and processing system that took all the work of interrogating servers and distributing data across three storages - Zabbix, Apache Cassandra, InfluxDB.
The project was implemented within one of the State Institutions and has now moved as a product from the MVP stage to development, refinement and implementation for different customers.
